Why I created Bella Lane.
A mission built on decades of leadership and a lifetime of caring for others.
For years, I have quietly been the person friends and family turn to when life gets complicated. Sorting through a parent's home. Coordinating a move to assisted living. Navigating the overwhelming weeks after a loss. Keeping paperwork, vendors, and decisions on track when no one else had the bandwidth. I did it out of love — and I did it because I saw how much easier things became when someone steady was standing beside them.
Professionally, I have spent my career in executive leadership roles — serving as CEO, CFO, and COO across different organizations. Those roles taught me how to see the full picture, manage complex moving parts, and keep people and priorities aligned even when everything feels urgent. They also taught me something more important: real leadership is about protecting the people who are counting on you.
Bella Lane is where those two worlds come together. I became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® so I could bring trained, credentialed expertise in aging to the work I was already doing out of love. Every family who calls Bella Lane gets the calm, organized guidance I would want for my own parents — with the dignity, patience, and clear plan forward that every family deserves.
You don't have to figure this out alone. That's why I'm here.
